This is the best protection I've ever used, never had a intrusion of any kind after this bad boy got installed.

The BITDEFENDER auto renew disable function is nowhere to be found! Their guide on how to disable auto renewal states you have to select "My Suscriptions" Then "My Payments". The "My Payments" heading is nowhere to be found . What does appear is ""My Services +Activate with code"! I don't have a code because I renewed my subsription manually. THIS IS SHARP PRACTICE! I will now go through the laborious process of getting a refund and purchase Anti-Virus software from a reputable company!

I got confused about my auto renewal after conflicting emails for renewal. Bitdefender's customer service explained everything to my satisfaction.

I was trying to consolidate two subscriptions into one new upgrade premium subscription. The process was flawless & exceeded my expectations. great product, great service

The customer support I have experienced with Bitdefender is exceptionally good, and makes a refreshing change.

Poorest possible experience. I bought a new product from the Bitdefender dashboard (after logging in), and I can't access it. Support said that it's because the product is not compatible with the account. WHY WOULD THEY SELL INCOMPATIBLE PRODUCTS INSIDE OF THE DASHBOARD? I spent 30 min with support just to conclude that there is nothing support can do. Waste of time and money.
